Discover the pleasure of creating dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also nourish the body and soul with the bounty of the local harvest.

As part of the menu, guests will indulge in the creation of vegetarian chocolate chip and sesame cookies. Learn the secrets behind achieving the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch in these delectable treats, using high-quality ingredients sourced from local producers.

Throughout the workshop, Chef Emma will share her expertise in sourcing the finest local ingredients and offer valuable insights into sustainable cooking practices that celebrate the richness of the land.
