Registration for the 2025 Santa Barbara Culinary Experience Grand Wine Tasting will open on February 1, 2025.

The 2025 Grand Wine Tasting will be held at the El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Early registration for the event will be open through March 31, 2025.

Sign up by March 31 for the best pricing and to be considered for additional marketing opportunities to have your product featured throughout the week of events. Register your winery, brewery, restaurant or artisan product and join us to celebrate all things Santa Barbara County.

Cancellation policy: Participants will receive a full registration refund if canceled up to April 15, 2025. Any registration cancellations after that date will not receive a refund.

* A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of the order total is added to all transactions.

Santa Barbara Culinary Experience Grand Wine Tasting – Saturday, May 17, 1- 5pm The expected attendance is 500 guests. Your registration includes two vendor passes, additional passes must be purchased in advance.

Participating Wineries: With your registration, you will be provided one six-foot table with linen and shade covering, a disposable dump bucket, an ice tub and ice. We suggest bringing two cases of wine for the event. We suggest bringing a dolly or cart to carry your wine in.

Participating Food Vendors: Food vendors will not be charged a registration fee so long as they are donating enough product for the anticipated guest count. With your registration, you will be provided two eight-foot tables and a 10×10 tent. Upon sign-up, you will be connected with our logistics team to discuss your specific activation needs.

Tickets to the events go on sale in mid-March 2025.
