Looking for a fun and engaging way to meet some of the most exciting and exceptional people in the culinary community? Volunteering with the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience may be for you! The Taste of Santa Barbara relies heavily on the efforts of our wonderful team of volunteers. It is with your help that we are able to create an unforgettable experience for our guests, chefs, and community partners.
The Taste of Santa Barbara is a weeklong celebration full of events such as educational cooking classes, panel discussions, dinning experiences, and so much more! This year we’re expecting 2,000+ culinary enthusiasts, chefs, winemakers, artisan food producers, and farmers from Santa Barbara and beyond.
In return for their efforts, volunteers will receive one ticket to the Saturday night’s Lights, Camera, Julia! special screening or a ticket for Saturday’s Taste of Santa Barbara Wines.
Volunteers will also have the opportunity to meet and engage with exceptional people in the culinary community.
We rely on you, our volunteers, to help make the Taste of Santa Barbara a success!
REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Our event team is looking for individuals that:
> Enjoy people, food, and learning about the local and national culinary scene
> Can commit to shifts ranging from 2 – 5 hours on
Friday, Saturday or Sunday
> Have completed the volunteer application in full
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change and you may not be able to fulfill your volunteer commitment. Please be as considerate as possible and give advance notice if you cannot volunteer.
