Luretik is a small producer of award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil from the Santa Ynez Valley, Our fully certified organic grove consists of 700 trees comprising 8 Italian varieties. Our goal is to produce a superior California extra virgin olive oil that stands shoulder to shoulder with Italy’s finest. Like many small Italian producers striving to create exceptional olive oils, we have one foot in the old world and one in the new: a respect for centuries’ old farming knowledge combined with a recognition of modern technology and its role in producing outstanding extra virgin olive oils.
