Embark on a tantalizing journey into the world of chocolate making with an exclusive truffle-making class led by Maya Schoop-Rutten of Chocolate Maya. During this immersive experience, students will delve into the art of crafting decadent dark chocolate truffles infused with the vibrant flavors of fresh mint and lemon. Under Maya’s expert guidance, you’ll learn the step-by-step process of tempering chocolate, creating ganache fillings, and mastering the delicate art of hand-rolling truffles. Paired with a complimentary glass of Foxen wine.
