Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience as we explore the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine with Chef Carmen Deforest of The Daisy Restaurant. Chef Carmen will dive into the rich tapestry of Mediterranean flavors as guests learn to assemble a stunning mezze platter featuring an array of tantalizing dishes. From velvety beet muhammara to creamy hummus, tangy labneh, and zesty olives, each element of the mezze plate will showcase the diverse and vibrant flavors of the region.

As part of the menu, guests will also craft California Lamb & Beef Kofta Meatballs, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Accompanied by grilled flatbread and a refreshing 6-minute egg, these savory delights will transport your taste buds to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean.

To conclude the culinary journey on a sweet note, guests will indulge in a decadent Daisy Olive Oil Cake, infused with the delicate flavors of olive oil and citrus zest. Paired with a complimentary glass of Foxen wine, this dessert is the perfect finale to an evening of culinary delight.
