Camins 2 Dreams represents the routes and paths we follow to achieve our dreams. The winery was founded in 2017 by Tara Gomez, a member of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, and her Catalan wife, Mireia Taribo. Their approach is to create artisanal wines that truly represent the unique characteristics of the terroir. They achieve this by employing minimal intervention during the winemaking process, using only minimum amounts of S02 during bottling. Their commitment to producing unfined and unfiltered wines is a testament to their dedication to showcasing the true essence of the grapes, while allowing the wines to retain their natural flavors, textures, and complexities. Their grapes are sourced from vineyards in Santa Barbara County, with a focus in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, and carefully choose vineyards that align with their values of sustainability and environmental stewardship. They exclusively source fruit from organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farmed vineyards, that prioritize the health of the soil, the well-being of the workers, and the long-term sustainability of the environment.
