Join head sushi chef Lennon Lee at Sushi|Bar’s intimate chef’s counter for a full omakase dinner showcasing his playful reverie on new wave nigiri and other delicacies from land and sea all paired with Régis Camus’ critically acclaimed, HEAVENSAKE, the first Franco-Japanese sake made by a chef de caves from the Champagne region. HEAVENSAKE reflects champagne and sake’s shared dedication to details, precision, and craftsmanship, and each seating will include a discussion led by a HEAVENSAKE representative exploring how sake harmoniously complements a world of foods and, more specifically, the local seafood native to the area, including Santa Barbara sea urchin, spot prawns, and local halibut.
