The first step to being comfortable in a kitchen is being comfortable using a knife. We will hone our skills by learning how to handle a knife, make the classical cuts and use what we learn to assemble a sweet treat – composed berry and shortbread crumble parfait with whip cream. Beginnings are important – let’s get chopping!
