Learn to create iconic dishes from Michelin-starred and James Beard Award winning Chefs! Led by Epicurean SB founder Amy Robinson, learn how to make signature dishes conceived by some of today’s most creative and popular chefs such as David Chang, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Daniella-Soto Innes. With a focus on simple preparations with quality ingredients, the event will start with a sparkling wine toast, include lots of snacking and nibbling, recipe guides, and end with a tasting of these incredible dishes. This is a partial demonstration and hands-on cooking class.
