Join the culinary team at Loquita to learn the tricks of the trade in making authentic Spanish paella. Class will begin with instruction on crafting the perfect Gin Tonic, Spain’s king of cocktails, along with a tasting of quesos and charcuteria. Learn to pour Txakolina from a porron while our chefs walk through cooking instructions on our large format paella pan. Historically a seasonal peasant dish made from arborio rice, fresh vegetables and local seafood or game, paella was intended to be eaten communally with friends and neighbors. Ticket price includes two Gin Tonics, a shared paella tasting and a paella pan imported from Spain so you can try your newfound skills at home.
