In Obscure Brews the audience will get to taste three beer styles that have been lost in time. Join The Brewhouse, brewLAB, The Apiary and Third Window for a journey into time through flavor. Zach Rosen, Cert. Cicerone (R) and beer writer, and the brewmasters will be digging into the history books and unearthing three rare beers for the audience to taste. Zach will tell stories and give the background about the styles while each brewer talks about their process and experiences in creating these obscure brews.
