Belmond El Encanto’s executive chef Johan Denizot, will join forces with well-known, critically acclaimed LA executive chef from 71Above and Yours Truly, chef Vartan Abgaryan. Indulge in an expertly crafted 4 course dining experience, filled with organic and locally sourced ingredients. Join Belmond El Encanto in paying tribute to Julia Child, knowing the Hotel was a special place she frequently visited with friends and loved ones.
