Learn how to create Greek-inspired appetizers with local chef Robin Goldstein in this hands-on cooking class. Make a variety of Mediterranean mezze – Smoked Salmon Taramasalata + Potato Skordalia with Vegetable Crudo and Warm Flatbread, Shrimp Saganaki–Tomatoes, Feta + Ouzo, and Cretan Kalitsounia–Fried Cheese Parcels with Wild Thyme-Infused Honey. At the end of the class, taste and enjoy a glass of wine, and leave with a copy of Chef Robin’s new Mediterranean-influenced cookbook, Crafting a Meal, to recreate the experience at home.
