Montecito restaurant Bettina will host esteemed chef and pizzaiolo, Chris Bianco, for a five-course collaboration dinner featuring dishes inspired by Italian tradition and brought to life with seasonal California produce. Beverages are not included but Bettina’s full cocktail, beer and wine menu will be available, along with suggested pairings. The family-style menu will feature Chris Bianco’s famous focaccia, market-inspired antipasto dishes, a fresh pasta course, Chef Brendan Smith’s naturally leavened wood-fired pizza & dessert.
