Experience a delectable 5-course meal inspired by some of Julia Child’s most iconic recipes. Chef Travis Watson went back to his childhood days of watching Julia on TV and is presenting his favorites, all with a Blackbird twist.
Chef Watson brings 20 years of award-winning culinary experience to the event, after his career led him all over the world, including France where he served as an apprentice to Chef Georges Paccard of Michelin-starred La Ciboulette.
