Owners Alejandro Medina and Rajat Parr present an exclusive culinary feast in a chic setting served alongside Parr’s selected back vintage wines from his own labels, as well as hand selections from his personal cellar. The family style dinner will be a true Indian Feast prepared by Chef Kiran Bheemaro made with seasonal, local ingredients. Parr and Medina will be on hand throughout the evening to talk about the wines and will be pouring a few surprises along the way. Chef Bheemarao is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, NY and has worked in some of the finest kitchens in India (Bukhara, Dakshin), France (Helene Darroze, Valrhona in Tain L’Hermitage France, La Maison Du Chocolate Paris France, and Bernachon) and New York (Bouley, Lespinasse, Rainbow Room). Bheemarao is currently the Executive Chef for a leading global hospitality group, and is based in Houston, Texas and flying in exclusively for this event.
