A conversation about the unique Santa Barbara County, Sta. Rita Hills appellation, with local winemakers, focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals. Enjoy a casual California Wine Country cooking demonstration by Santa Ynez Valley Native, and bay area trained butcher, Josh Martin who will be demonstrating the process of breaking down half of a locally raised heritage pig.
